Airport Concessions/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Programs (ACDBE/DBE)

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

Tucson Airport Authority (TAA), owner and transit authority for Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN), has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26 for all DOT assisted contracts and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE) in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 23 for airport concessions. The purpose of these programs is to increase the diversity of and opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned business enterprises (D/M/WBE).

Requesting Public Records

Any member of the public requesting public records from the Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) must first understand there are fees associated with processing the request. Those fees vary depending on the size of the request and the form in which the records are requested. They are as follows:

  • Email – Free if already electronic; $0.10 per image if created from paper copy
  • Copies – $0.10 each or $0.25 each in color
  • Oversized Copies – 11×17 or larger $1.00 each
  • Flash Drive – Cost of flash drive + postage
  • Audio or Video files – $5.00 + postage

Accepted forms of payment are check, money order, or credit. Anyone wishing to pay with credit card should call 520-573-4858. Any questions about the form below should be emailed to TAA-PublicRecords@FlyTucson.com.

The Tucson Airport Authority strives to respond to all requests promptly, however, a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours is requested to retrieve and review the requested information. The requester will be notified should additional time be necessary to retrieve records.

2025 Tucson Airport Authority Membership Nominations

Nomination Period

The following information is provided to Active Members and Emeritus Members who wish to nominate new members to join the Tucson Airport Authority (the TAA), Active Members who wish to place themselves in nomination to serve on the Board of Directors, and Active Members nearing the end of their term who wish to apply for a five-year extension as an Active Member or to apply for consideration to transition to Emeritus Member status. This information may also be useful to potential new members.

The nomination period opens on April 1 and closes on October 1 of each year. With the exception of emeritus requests, all nominations are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on October 1. Forms may be submitted to the TAA Clerk electronically by email or by postal mail.
