ARRIVING: Arriving passengers at Tucson International Airport (TUS) who have requested a ride or a vehicle through app-based services can connect with their desired service regardless of the app used.
Passengers using the Lyft of Uber apps should follow the signs for ground transportation or ‘App Rides’ to meet their driver. Exit baggage claim toward the main parking lot and cross the first roadway. Your driver will arrive to your left on the first island. Passengers should be aware cars and drivers do not wait at the pick-up location but will arrive when requested through the mobile app.
Requests made through Turo are arranged by the vehicle owner, who will direct users to adhere to one of two methods to pick up the vehicle:
DEPARTING: Departing Lyft and Uber users are dropped off by their drivers along the curb in front of the TUS terminal near their departing airline.
Departing Turo users at TUS must park their vehicle in one of three authorized parking facilities: Hourly Lot, Parking Garage, or Economy Lot. The exact location must be communicated with the vehicle owner.
Lyft, Hum, and Uber are the rideshare services authorized to operate at TUS. Turo is the carshare service authorized to operate at TUS.
