The Tucson Airport Authority’s Board of Directors consists of at least seven but not more than 11 people elected from the authority’s active membership comprised of up to 60 women and men residing within the service areas of the authority’s two airports, Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN).
Board member terms are typically staggered and are for three years. Each member may serve up to two successive terms. Also, the board’s immediate past chair serves one additional year as an ex-officio director. TAA members do not receive salaries or compensation for their roles.
