Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

Tucson Airport Authority (TAA), owner and transit authority for Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN), has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26 for all DOT assisted contracts and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE) in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 23 for airport concessions. The purpose of these programs is to increase the diversity of and opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned business enterprises (D/M/WBE).

*A copy of this policy statement will be available through the solicitation process for all DOT-assisted or airport concession contracts.
