The airport is open 24/7. However, TSA security, concessions and the ticketing counters have hours of operations that they set themselves. Typically, they open at least one hour before the first flight out.

Lost and Found

The Tucson International Airport Lost and Found office is located in the Main Terminal on the baggage claim level, west of the center escalators. Items found in the airport terminal, parking garage or airport parking lots are stored securely for 30 days before disposition. For more information, contact (520) 573-8156.

No smoking is permitted inside any buildings at TIA. Designated smoking areas are located outside on the ticketing and lower levels of the terminal..

Global Entry Enrollment Center

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has an Enrollment Center at Tucson International Airport for persons wishing to participate in its Trusted Traveler programs - Global Entry, SENTRI, NEXUS and FAST. Applicants should first apply online at: After receiving conditional approval, applicants may then schedule an interview at the Enrollment Center, 7150 S. Tucson Blvd., which is immediately west and within walking distance of the airport's main terminal.
