How do I make a reservation?
There are five simple steps to a successful parking reservation at Tucson International Airport (TUS):

Select your date and time.

Select the preferred parking facility (Garage, Daily, Hourly, Economy Covered or Economy Surface).

Complete the required information.

Confirm your entry and exit dates and times and the parking facility selected.

Complete your payment details and you are done!
After booking your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation reference number and parking details. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
You will need the QR Code in the confirmation email to scan for entry and exit at the parking facility. You may scan the QR code via your mobile device or print copy.
How do I manage my booking?
Use our “Manage My Reservation” section of the Chauntry reservations system to amend or cancel your booking online. You can amend all details, including credit card details and dates for your parking, as late as 24 hours before the reservation start time for all products.
How far ahead can I book?
You may book anywhere from 24 hours up to six months before arrival. We recommend you book your airport parking when you purchase your airline ticket.
What’s the maximum number of days of parking that I can pre-book?
The maximum is 60 days. If you need to park your vehicle longer, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Parking Office at 520-573-4710 for assistance.
I’m having trouble with the online reservation system, what should I do?
If you are having difficulty booking your reservation, consult the FAQ section or contact the main parking office at 520-573-4710 or by filling out the Parking Comments Form available below. We can’t make a reservation for you, but we can assist you with your questions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Currently, we do not accept mobile payment methods for reservations such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Is a fee applied to my online reservation?
A $2 booking fee is applied to all reservations at the time they are made. The booking fee is non-refundable.
What if I return earlier than my booked time?
Reservations are not refundable after the start time of the reservation has passed.
Can anyone else use my prepaid parking? Is it transferable?
No, prepaid reservations are not transferable.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
To modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the reservation start time, please visit “manage my reservation” on the top right of the reservations page. Please note that the $2 booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations.
If you want to cancel a reservation less than 24 hours before the reservation start time, please click the Tucson International Airport logo on the top left of the reservations page. Fill out the required information on the Parking Form to request cancellation. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation start time will be refunded after 1-day of parking fees are deducted as a late cancellation fee. The $2 booking fee is also non-refundable. No refunds will be given for unused reservations that were not cancelled or modified in advance of the check-in time.
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time for a full refund. Your reservation will be refunded less the $2 non-refundable booking fee.
You may cancel your reservation for any reason, up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time. You may not cancel your reservation once it is in progress. Please note that a $2 booking fee will be charged for each reservation. This booking fee is charged by the reservation processing company and is non-refundable, even if you cancel your reservation within the required deadline.
What happens if I forget or lose my booking confirmation?
You can have your booking confirmation resent to you via the “Manage my Reservation” section of Chauntry reservation system. If you do not have your booking confirmation containing your QR code for entry, pull a ticket at the gate. When you exit, go to a cashier booth and notify the cashier that you have a reservation but pulled a ticket to enter the lot. Have your reservation information ready for the cashier who will apply your paid reservation amount towards the ticket.
I came home early and did not use all of my reservation. Can I get a partial refund?
Parking reservations are not refundable after the start time of the reservation has passed.
My flight was delayed. Can I extend my reservation?
You cannot extend a reservation that is already in use; however, the extra stay fees are automatically calculated for payment upon exit. When you scan your reservation QR code at the exit device, you will be prompted to pay any additional fees with credit or debit card. You do not need to use the same credit card used to make the reservation.
What happens if I enter the lot prior to my confirmed booking time or exit the lot later than my confirmed booking time?
If you try to enter the facility more than 2 hours in advance of your reservation, the entrance gate will not allow you to enter. If you exit the parking facility later than your confirmed exit time, you will be charged for the additional time at the posted rate upon exit.
What happens if I experience difficulty entering or exiting the parking facility with my reservation?
Please press the “assistance” button located on the entry or exit lane equipment (looks like a telephone symbol) to receive immediate assistance.

How do I reserve a parking spot?
Reserving your pre-paid airport parking is a quick & easy 3 step process.

Search: Enter your check-in and check-out date and time.

Select: Select the parking option that best meets your travel needs.

Reserve: Pay online and guarantee your spot.
How far in advance do I need to make my parking reservation?
We recommend that you make your airport parking reservation at least 2 to 3 days ahead of your date of travel, the sooner the better. Our lots fill up quickly near holidays. We recommend that as soon as you book your airline reservation you also make your airport parking reservation at the same time, that way, you will have your guaranteed parking spot at the day of travel. Reservations cannot be made less than 24 hours in advance.
Can I make my reservation after parking in the facility?
No, the only way to take advantage of the online rate, is to make your reservation prior to entering the parking facility.
When should I arrive at the parking facility?
We suggest you arrive at the parking facility 20 minutes before you would like to be in the airport terminal (not 20 minutes before your flight leaves). Please bring in your parking reservation confirmation, which includes a QR code, to access your selected parking lot.
What if I lose my parking reservation confirmation?
You can enter your reservation details and download a copy of your parking reservation confirmation.
If you forgot your reservation details, you can contact us at (520)573-4710 with your last name, email and check-in date. Once we verify your information, we can send out another confirmation to the supplied email.

Are the parking lots open 24 hours per day?
Yes, all of our parking facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
What if I need to change the date or time of my reservation?

Time Adjustments: We’re flexible with the times to accommodate airline schedules. If you need to arrive early, you can do so up to 2 hours ahead of your scheduled check-in time, any earlier, and you will need to cancel your reservation and re-book. If the change results in an extended stay, see “Changes to Check out date” below.

Change to Check in date: If you need to change your check in date, you must cancel your reservation and create a new one.

Changes to Check out date: Changes in reservation dates are capable but must be done before 24 hours before your reservation. You may make changes to your check in date before 24 hours of your reservation. If you are changing how long you will be staying, then additional daily charges will apply.
