Police Officer

The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) has a job opening for a Police Officer, whose primary responsibilities under general supervision and administrative direction will be to provide emergency and non-emergency response to individuals and entities that request or require support services on properties of the Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) at Tucson International Airport(TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN); ensure all federal regulations pertinent to safety, security and emergency management are followed; ensure that the laws of the State of Arizona and of the United States are enforced as they pertain to the jurisdiction of the TAA; understand and adhere to department and TAA policies.

A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required and United States Citizenship. Arizona Police Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) Board certified. A valid Arizona Driver’s License is required and the ability to pass physical, drug screen, psychological evaluation and police background investigation (to include wants & warrants/fingerprinting).
