ARIZONA AIRPORTS NAMES JORDAN FELD
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Jordan Feld Jordan Feld was named to the Arizona Airports Association Board of Directors at its Spring
meeting last month.

Mr. Feld joined the Authority in 2009 as the Director of Planning with responsibility for current,
advanced, and strategic planning activities for both Tucson International Airport and Ryan
Airfield.

The Arizona Airports Association (AzAA) was formed in 1979 to bring together the
representatives of public and private airports and others interested in the general benefit of
aviation to provide information, expertise and support to all those in the State's aviation industry.
The Association works to foster public recognition of airports and the airport executive
profession, and to assist in the future development of air transportation in Arizona.

Mr. Feld has previously worked for the Town of Marana and City of Phoenix Planning Departments. Prior to joining TAA,
he operated his own planning consulting firm specializing in policy analysis, planning and zoning. He holds a Bachelor
of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Public Administration from Arizona
State University.

Mr. Feld is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, a certified member of the American Association of
Airport Executives, the Vice Chair for Legislative Affairs of the American Planning Association Urban Design Division,
and a former member of the Marana Arts Council. He has guest lectured for both the UofA and ASU, and has spoken at
numerous workshops and conferences on topics such as land use law, redevelopment, smart growth and community
involvement.
